Cost for dd15 one box dpf cleaning

3 bolts is used to change the scr doser if you use a 1/4 6 point socket it will work to remove they are reverse torx bolts.. also when changing clean the surface on the one box where the scr doser sits and replace the metal gasket. The hydrocarbon doser is mounted after the turbo and is 2 bolts. And a gasket. These dosers get hydrocarbon built up on the tips and is a good idea to clean them as well every so often. Make sure to change the def filter on the pump if you are doing maintenance check the routing of the def heater lines as they tend to rub on the frame where they are routed. Good luck

 

No computer work for the doser. And also you don't usually need to replace unless a code is active. Dpf filters need computer work to reset ash count not sure about cost.
