I don't know... They didn't find any internal leaks, also dipstick was clean. This was checked by a different shop, local shop i use

    It's leaking somewh
    How much pressure?

It's leaking somewhere. Inj cups, head gaske, if you're getting pressure toot. Probably not a liner since it's a new OH.

Pull the valve cover, and the bottom of it and your Jakes/rockers will be covered in that snotty stuff

They went up to 250psi, not loosing any coolant, just headaches since they did the OH, also took an oil sample, should have results by Tuesday

Oil sample won't really tell you anyrhing. It's obviously getting coolant in it.

How much coolant are you losing, and any of that out the overflow?

I'm betting you're seeing more steam than blowby

I haven't lost any coolant, nothing out of the overflow, the pictures I've attached was when i fist saw it luckily was 3h from home( oil pressuregood, temp good, power good). Haven't drove it since, just did tests, Put new oil and parked it, will run it Monday morning. Also I've had oil drops from blowby tube and little smoke since OH but first time seeing this crap

Wouldn't oil sample show traces of coolant in oil?

Kinda already see it here. Unless somehow water got into the oil, this is from coolant in your oil

I had large amounts of coolant getting into my oil. About half gallon every 500 miles. Didn’t have any of that snotty stuff show up, just the rust. Mine was leaking directly onto piston and past rings into the oil pan. Even while parked. I wonder if maybe that’s diesel? You’re not losing coolant or pressure. Not making pressure. WTF? I wonder if somethings wrong with the fuel pump, maybe leaking into oil through the compressor? PS pump, fluid leaking into oil. Don’t know enough myself. Just would want to eliminate anything and everything before rebuilding it again. Very interested in your findings. Will be tearing mine apart in springtime, looking for what went wrong. Same situation 100k on OH.

I'm confused as well, the oil sample would show any contamination, should have it tomorrow morning. Talked to two mechanics and both stated it's from condensation but idk, maybe too good to be true. Did went to North MN that trip and it was -20.
