Could I get my cdl revoked for having a medical marijuana card at the same time?

Hey dude you need to relax. By the way there is truck drivers and proffesional drivers. Many here are proffesional drivers years of driving with no tickets or accidents and also many here who make decisions that leave you scratching your head...like yours which means your just a truck driver u don't come close to proffesional. Get it? Now to your question, they are going to test you for sure. If come back pos your done. I had a friend that parked his rig walked into the hood to pick up a sack and got rolled up on his way to the truck because he looked suspicious he was walking....got his license suspended for a year and went thru the drug abuse program. Now this will be up to you if u want to let it go or keep it and stick with the program I heard its like 3gs someone correct me if I'm wrong. Listen guys we don't make the rules we abide by them and really brings up the question how uneducated are you not to know this? Drop the bong and pick up a book dude. Now what's done its done accept the consequences like a big boy cause ur in some deep ####. Peace out.

To be honest I rather have the attitude that I have now then have the attitude that you guys showed in this thread. I at least I'm keeping it real to myself instead of acting like such a bad ### when you have no reason to. The answer is very simple. Elect someone not afraid to change the law, or challenge the federal laws in court, that they're unconstitutional (which they are). Until then, they are laws we're stuck with, and therefore, have to abide by them.

 

They wont take away your CDL just because you have a medical pot card,, They will suspened it if you do a dirty drug test though..I dont think just possessing both of them is any kind of violation
