Could I get my cdl revoked for having a medical marijuana card at the same time?

Dont you just love guys who think all truck drivers are driving a truck because they cant do anything else.Heres a guy talking trash about truck drivers,and by the sound of it hes not even employed.For your info holier than thou,we have a pluthera of educated people in our field,from lawyers,doctors,pilots,etc.I choose to drive a truck.I have experience in fields in which I could make a decent living.I just make more driving a truck,off more than Im away.Kind of funny coming from a guy that doesnt even have a job.Roll up another blunt from the wraps you got that were brought to your store by a truck driver,and chill.Everything about your life is made possibly by a truck driver.Now I to smoked for a number of years,when it came time to drive a truck,it was time to put it down.Now when I retire ill grab the big bambu and roll a log and bogart it for myself.eeere.

 

Back in the day I myself enjoyed it when I was 14 -16 then when I turned 16 I decided it was time to grow up and get a job which ment quiting weed. What the guy said above is true if this is the field of work you wish to stay in for the rest of your life you have to stop smoking if you choose another field then perhaps you will be able to continue.

Under federal law you cant smoke no matter what. Personal I think it should be legal to smoke when at home or even on your 10 hr break. Do people really think that it should be ok to get drunk at the bar and drive a few hours later but not ok to take a few hits eat some food and relax to some good sleep than drive. beer and liquar have a long affect on you than weed does. and is a lot safer to you and those around you. I mean really you can drink and drive a commerce truck while blow what is it . 08 or .04 but not if you smoked 6 months ago.....

 

If i choose to drink,do drugs,watch porn,pick up hookers,smoke weed and do herion,that should be my business in my own home..!!!!!..Although i do none of them and live healthy,I thought we lived in ''FREE AMERICA''.?

Once inside my car or truck,it is the DOT/POLICE/FED'S BUSINESS.The way it should be..

But are willing to bet your life, or your familys life in this guy not do drugs while in the road? That is a chance i am not willing to take. I hold no faith in anyone who does drugs for " commercial recreational use". If it were a true medical condition i may consider it. But the OP already stated that his " medical card" was not for real medical reasons.
