Government and whiny 4-wheelers are making things really annoying!

I see no problem with this.

In the area of El Paso, there is no reason to be in the third lane, just like the larger towns.

I wonder why you think like this??? Why don't TT belong in the left lane? Safety? You think that one lane to the left is for four wheelers only? Safety wise it would be the best place for TT, Why you ask? Thru trucks in the left lane will not be changing lanes to keep from getting jammed up with all the traffic getting on and off at exits, so this is a problem... Oh 'cuz it's like tht every where else so it is ok to do it in El Paso? BUNK! Or is it 'cuz government knows best? More BUNK! they know even less, I would like to see them drive a TT around town for just a few hours in rush hour... would wager they would change their minds, about where TT belong...

Because it is only about 10 miles of dealing with it. The speed limit is the same for all of the lanes. If you are doing the speed limit, why is the need of the third lane?

Simply put, the time spent over the limit is not going to get you much further along than the person doing the speed limit.

I do agree that the left lane is the best lane for trucks as you said, but I know it will never happen.

It may only beten miles but how many times have you driven thru El Paso? Just like the rest of the big cities there is always a four wheeler cutting in at the ast second to to get off and stopping traffic in the second lane, ths is nsafe and creates a dangerous sitituaion for all cars a trucks in that lane. This hpens at almost all the exits and you have to be prepared to stop, if we are in the third lane it ismuch safer for all. Like you said no need to speed, I drive a slow truck, and the thrd lane helps keep me out of trouble, plus the four wheelers can see the stopped cars earlier. Well may-be... I know it will never happen but the option is still there for now. Take it away and see how many more tie ups happen in that ten mile streach of road. That's al I'm saying.

that and then there is the two clowns that that will do the double nickle side by side in the middle and slow lane in a 65 but can i go around them nope no truck left lane and then there is watching 4wheelers fight over 4 lanes to run out in the hammer lane for a whole mile only to have to fight back over almost stopping every other lane so they can exit and wow they ended up a whopping 2 cars ahead of where they were when they got on kicking big trucks out of the hammer lane dose nothing but make the traffic worse take Kansas city MO on I70 when they repaved it eight lane down to four two east two west all trucks right lane what a mess there were grid lock causing accidents in both directions in the am and the pm rush hour they finally got wise pulled the all trucks right lane sines down all the threw trucks put it in the hammer lane and sailed on threw accidents went down and traffic flow improved a cowincidence i think not
