Your heart rate will be taken after each. Next you will do a push and pull test followed by them taking your heart rate again. You then climb up a ladder onto a platform and down a few times and they take heart rate. Next and last you squat underneath the platform you climbed up on for like 20 seconds I believe. You cannot use anything to get up or you fail. That is the end of the strength test. Anymore questions just ask.

WOW! That is new to me... Well, when I went to Cov. orientation already had a physical test and a medical card I took for another co. prior to Cov. and they used that instead....
