covenant reefer drivers?

not sure how many actual covenant drivers read threads on here, but i was just wanting some information about the reefer division over here at covenant. i spoke to the fm of the reefer division over at the chatt terminal. but id like to hear from an actual driver on how the miles, pay and running areas are like on the reefer side. would appreciate it much, thanks
