DISLIKE!!!! Because I currently pull multi stop runs up to 630 miles a day running a dry van. Tomorrow is a 620 mile day with 3 stops. Take a 30 too early thinking they will come off on time, then I get screwed and have to take a second one. Governed at 65, driving in towns to get to the stops so that will eat up some drive time.
Any flat tire off the rim will take 2 to 3 hours to fix, I kid you not. Every single time. Traffic back up or construction? Then it’s “Hey I need someone to come get me (daycab). Whaddya mean no one is there at the yard?????

 

That happened about 45 minutes from the house I can about guarantee they were headed to Wyalusing for slaughter.
Haven’t been home to get the real story, but I know who got the call to load up the survivors.

A buddy of mine used to run fats from nw Iowa to wyalusing .

Not to date myself here but it’s been more than a few years since I’ve taken cows in there.
I think Cargill has the property now it used to be Taylor Beef.

 

Yeah it's Cargill now but that's all I know .
