CPA in Northeastern Region

When looking for a CPA to do the taxes for an LLC, do I need to find a CPA specific to my state, or can I get a CPA like ATBS from CO to do my taxes? If it's state specific, any recommendations for PA CPAs would be extremely helpful.

I also would like to know if anyone knows of a CPA that is knowledgeable in trucking and also a transportation lawyer in Pennsylvania.
