I've got no idea why anyone would drive a truck across the country in winter without a winter jumpsuit, good boots, gloves and hat, add to that a stocked toolbox and emergency food. I'm not saying he doesn't have it but judging by the stuff I see rolling down the road and on the side of the road, a lot of these guys don't even carry a screwdriver.
At least he has a shovel! -

My winter clothes are limited, lined Carhartt pants w/ longies a good Carhartt Jacket and insulated gloves, my Rubber Boots are warm enough. I've always carried a shovel and a large bag of Cat liter from Tractor Supply.
Sometimes you can rock your way out of it, at least it works for me.bentstrider83 Thanks this. -
Flip flops and gym clothes ain’t no way to go through life, especially in the Sierra Nevada mountains in winter!
