Yea your right...my info is 100% accurate though. I have 20+ reliable sources. I am behind enemy lines about every other week. I have inside connections in management too. Just sayin'.
You can give them the benefit of the doubt, but you must completely ignore the "hearsay" posted all over the web (not just here). Rip-off report has a huge section on CRE. In my oppinion that is foolish, but again it is your perrogative.
The odds that the 1000's of revealing expose's over several years are all (or mostly) false are statistically improbable. Where there is smoke...there is fire! -
Statistics use a bell curve to model data. Most data falls in the center of the bell curve. As the bell curve declines toward the outer edges, the population decreases. It is within the center of this 2/3 of a bell curve that exists the statistical "mean". In the space of the outer 1/3 on each side of the bell curve exists what is called the "outliers". They exist but are not statistically relevent.
In laymans terms this means that you are an "outlier" or an exception to the normal data. Yes there are exceptions to everything. You were lucky to be an exception to the general rule. -

I know Larry Luke. He tried to fly some goofy story by us in orientation that he was standing in the middle of the Mira Loma yard with a radar gun, firing drivers going over 10 mph.
Thanks, but no thanks. - he has absolutely NO credibility in my opinion.
One thing I learned when I started doing the expert witness thing 10 years ago is that everything you say is recorded somewhere, even if it's in someone's memory... and can turn around and bite you in the butt.Last edited: Jul 15, 2011

Excuse the bad spelling first of all because my phone likes to change the words I type. Now to the topic at hand. I drove for England for 6 months and had the brains to run like hell from there. First in the school they had one guy that LITERALLY heard voices that weren't there and after telling the instructors there told me I cold be let go for slander. They graduated so many people that should have never been behind the wheel. Then the training. My first driver decided to get drunk in a truck stop in Montana in their casino then tried kicking my a&& when he heard I called safety who in turn call the troopers and arrested him because the moron was trying to start the truck. Then my second trainer, decided after making me get up at 7am when he was sapposed to be at the slc terminal and kept telling me "one hour" and we would be going till he was finally ready at 9 pm that i(who had been up since 7 am and only had one week on the road experience) was going to be driving because he was tired. Smart guy right. Well after I stoped at the five our point because of seeing things I was so tired, I was told I had to keep driving so I could learn to drive at night when sleepy. Another good trainer. He then decided to get a second trainee that was an insane driver. I was told I had to sleep in the pasenger seat because the trainer would be sleeping in the back. I was also told to not speak after I screamed to slow down when the other trainee was doing 50 down a hill in montana in the rain that was a slight swithback with corners that said 25. I was then thrown off his truck because I kept myself on line 4 since I was not in the bunk and never took my 10 off. And the company sided with him since I was obviosly the problem since I had to be taken off the last truck(the drunk one). The last trainer I had was great(had enough with the company and also left like me) and told me about the narcaleptic(i know that is spelled wrong) he was given would not be taken off his truck when he reported the guy to safety. He eventualy sent the truck off tossing after falling asleep in the middle of the day. That kid ended up leasing a truck and rolling itwhile I was still training. So there is one guys insight on the training at cre. I am now with ffe after not driving for 3 years and the guys we lost in our academy at ffe(more tgen half our class because they actualy aren't a cdl farm, 4 new cdl holders in our class of 12) were told by me to go anywhere but England. I will step down from my soapbox now.

Our Qualcomms won't work if the truck is moving. They used to, but one day the VP of operations at my company heard about Werner getting sued over an accident in which a driver admitted that he crashed because he was distracted by the Qualcomm. When our VP heard that, he called Qualcomm and had 'em change it so we can't use it if the truck's moving.

I'm sure with my company it might be subject to change some day but for now, our qualcomms are like that as well when there is only one driver logged in on the system. But on a team truck, the system doesn't lock itself out of use when the truck is in motion. My guess is that they figure the driver who isn't driving can do whatever they need to do because they aren't the one driving.
