Seriously.... another possibility is Prime. They have a terminal in Pennsylvania (I think). Somewhere in north east. Also drop lots. Pretty much dedicated north east running. That is the only place they run tanker. Talk to Prime. Even if training isn't in the north east. Just make sure you set up to work north east to begin with. You'll work out of there.
I do think Prime has integrity. Unlike some....

CR England will keep you out months at a time... Just cause there HQ is close to home doesn't mean much Wich can be said about many companies.
You need to be looking into home time policies... Google "what to ask trucking company recruiter" and make you a list of questions.
