    I believe that is fair to say we've reached the point where all CDL holders should be expected to speak fluent Spanish or else have to surrender their CDLs.

    The event proved that operating a commercial vehicle with a language barrier is hazardous to all involved parties.

    I’ve worked at cr and have had many times I had to do a blindside and sometimes in the dark. Just get out and look as many times as you need and don’t let anyone rush you.

    That's just delusional. The only reason that's a thought is because you're in Laredo and down by the border. Most of the time, you won't have this issue.

    Stand your ground. Don’t ask to be put on any other door that opens up during the 15 hours you sat. Ask for detention pay after 48 hours. No less than $50 per day, you’re worth every penny.
