Ok so 3.months ago I started at cr england and wuit after 1 month. I then went to a regional company in my area NC/SC (G&P) cr England has pursued me for the $9,000 "student loans" so g&p essentially told.me.i was quitting and I either went back to.finish my contract or paid cr england them I could return. So I applied at Schneider and they offered.me a job, should I go back to cr england for the remaining 11 months or should I go to Schneider. I've been told I'd get prefferential treatment when I apply to a fleet after my phase 2 at cre. (They want me 2 go thru training again) but schneider said I'd go solo from day 1. My major concern is mileage. At cre I always had 1k+ runs between Utah and Texas. But idk at Schneider. So what should I do. Geniunely need help here.

Go finish your contract with CR England, then leave debt free.
Did Schneider agree to pay off your tuition at CR England cdl school? If not, return and finish the contract.
You didn't mention any major problems with CR England and you state the miles are ok.Last edited: Apr 26, 2018

True I didn't have any HUGE problems other than 1 bad trainer but I also had a great trainer afterward whom I still keep in contact with. Schneider did not agree to pay my tuition but I am not thrilled about team driving.

When I was under a crst contact Schneider wouldn't even hire me and even if you pay it off it's a pain to get them to believe it

Working @ 32 c/ mile is what take this out of pay

Swift hires people under contract elsewhere. Don’t mention it to them. If you want to go flatbed, I know a few that reimburse a lot of the tuition

Swift is like ditching the fire for the frying pan. Lol im somewhat lazy so reefer or dry van / tanker is all I'm gonna do. I'm not about to tarp or strap/chain lol

G&P is a crappy pushy company. Not worth the hassle.
