Saw this myself today...just merged onto I15 and a mile or so down the road I saw a CR England truck being followed by about 7 police. I just figured it was a big accident and they were passing the truck until I saw that the trucks left steer and at least one (probably more) drives was blown out and he was starting to slow down. A mile or two up the road, SB I15 was shut down and a few more cops were coming from up North.

Sounds like they should have done a deeper background check on this one! That is unless he lost his marbles after getting to CRE! Which from what I gather is highly possible

Sorry England drivers..couldn't help myself. LOL. On a more serious note, thats just what we need.. media coverage of some guy going nuts in a big rig. He probably got his first paycheck and seen how much he owed them after his advance and trucking school fee's were deducted. Maybe the trainer pi&&ed him off or he just plain snapped who knows. I venture to say he now won't ever be driving a truck for a living.

If the truck was going slow enough to jump out, I would have pulled the air brakes if I was that trainer.
Then when stopped pull the glad hands. No way I would jump from a moving truck.

If I was the trainer, I would have torn out his still-beating heart, spread peanut butter and jelly on it, slapped it between two slices of bread and ate it in front of him while he bled to death. Yeah, that's it... That's the ticket.

    ;)

Pull the emergency brake...Overpower the fool (otherwise known as beat the crap out of him!) Let the company know what happened and then look for a job because England will just fire everyone involved just because they like to fire people and recycle the newer student morons into their trucks...

Besides, They'll never admit to hiring a weirdo...They'll just claim the trainer made him flip out!

Also the best way to get run over by a truck is to jump from a moving truck.
Though I hear another driver was run over in a truck stop last night.
When will people learn to slow down in parking lots?
