It's called the revolving door. Right now you are dealing with the school. I recomend stick with what you have. Jobs are really hard to come by right now! Go to a private school and do the weekend course (90% offer the option) like 4500-5k you will have a class A then they can help with job placement but do yourself a favor and don't go thru CRE it takes to much out of your life!

No, CR isn't all live loads. Ross/Abbott, Kimberly Clark, Ameri Cold (not all locations), Limited Brands, The Container Divisions and a few other places are 100% drop and hook

I could name alot more but it will make my head hurt lol. But yea, I honestly can't say I would recomend CR or really any other OTR co at this point....

Thank you I did decide to not go and stick with what I have and will untill the very end. I am going to doing alot of research as I once posted on the whole industry. I am looking at other companies that don't involve such a sacrafice, but always keeping my eyes open. I do plan to take the course and spend the $$$$. Thanks again

ronin what i was trying to say is it doesnt take a a genius to figure out that get one year or more expierence before signing a lease and try and get to know learn how this buisness works. this to people who already own or leasse there trucks that have the experiance. (with more than 5 years that know.)

You're right, and I've seen a BUNCH of newbies, fresh out of school, Phase 1, and Phase 2, jumping into 3 year leases because they've had smoke blown up their backsides.

As a trainer, I get a $150 spiff if one of my trainees leases a truck right out of training, so it makes sense to LIE to these guys and mislead them into leasing, despite them not having the experience to run by themselves as a decent company driver, much less an indepedent contractor.

My wife is driving with me now, so I don't do the actual trainer gig anymore.

do you think that is fair in a sense to lead them in a direction that could possible be disasteris to bothe there credit and there job (also there dac report) when i was with my cat first seat i seen how it possible could be with out the miles sitting not getting miles to pay for the truck and other expences.
