Cracked head (intake) but 2 different stories from 2 different mechanics !

    I'd bet that the little line you took off was the signal line for the governor. If its not connected, the governor can't tell what the pressure in the tank is and will never unload the compressor.

    Bled air off, it didn’t have any effect - hopefully I can isolate the air compressor tomorrow... was hopefully when gases test stayed blue but hearing they may not be dependable

    If you take the big braided SS line off top of compressor, it won’t build up any air at all. Then check for bubbles.
