    I know that the engine just fell off the back of a truck and is probably a total loss. Look at how they are lifting the engine with out using a spreader bar and putting all that pressure from the chains right on the engine. Well atleast it's in a padded bag...

    If those engine tarps are like the ones here, there is no padding on the tarps

    Dollars to donuts those are over 10' long. You need three straps per stack. One of our hotshot drivers had a single stabilizer on the deck secured with two straps. DOT inspector measured it at 10' 4" and wrote him up.

    Buckling between the stacks... straps too tight?
