You have got some serious issues, pal.

Does it really bother you that bad that just because you couldn't make it as a leaser with England, teaming, of all things, that you feel you gotta challenge and call bs on everybody that says somethin positive? Grow up, son.

If you hate this company so bad then leave it at that and move along. Any company out there is what you make of it and if you don't make it a good one then you can blame no one but yourself.

    Read his prior posts.
He did leave and went to his former work...

You sir or mam sound like a cheerleader for CRE.
When you try and run a bussiness as one and they can not or will not provide the work like they state, then it is hard to make it work.

There also was a prior post about the company lowering the pay rate on certain runs.
But I do not believe the costs went down..

Lol.... I love it when people accidentally take things out of context and then post a message based on misunderstanding.......

When I said leave it at that and move on, that wasn't suggesting leave the company and work somewhere else. It was merely advising that he made his point so many times ago about his "love" for England and that basically leave the thread. This is the same thing as a kw fan going into a peterbuilt thread and knocking everything somebody says positive about petes.

    LOL!!!

Hate to burst your bubble but no cheerleader here.

Guess that's why we run otr. Pay rate stays the same.

I'm not your pal, and I'm not your son, I'm just calling BS on all of the sunshining crap you're posting, that's all. I work my butt off, I know how to do math, and I'm far more educated than most, so it isn't like I've succeeded in everything else I've done, but gave up when I signed on with England - please. CRE isn't set up for people to be successful, their business profile would fail if 98% of their drivers made great money, versus the 2% that it is now.

Maybe you're in that 2% - if so, I'm seriously happy for you - I'd hope SOMEONE wasn't getting killed financially by the Sons of Chester. I'm think that if Chester only knew what had been done with his business, he'd roll over in his grave. By all accounts of everything I saw, he was a truly good man, with good ethics and intentions.

Call bs and call it what you want, I really couldn't care less. I don't have to prove crap to you and if you don't want to believe what I say about our current experience just because you're wrapped up in your own hate because your past experience wasn't a good one, is on you. We're makin money and in my mind, that's want counts, still you'd rather sit there behind your almighty keyboard and make everything everybody says reflect off of you and your poor opinion.
You can't be serious with a comment like this! If this was even remotely true, how do you explain the much more lease trucks on the road as opposed to the company trucks?? Seems to me they're doin just fine or they wouldn't be doing it.

But whatever man, I'm tired of arguing with you on this. If your lease deal turned sour, then I sympathize. Even though on certain things I kinda have a hard time believing due to only partial information and only your side of the story, I really don't have the ability to make a thorough judgment because I wasn't there. I wasn't in your truck. But again, if your lease went bad, then I'm sorry. But like I said before, don't rain on someone else's parade just because you have a bad opinion of the company. As far as what you tell other people whether it be on here or in person is strictly your business. All I can say is I'm glad I didn't read all these sob stories before I signed the agreement.

One more thing, that son and pal referral wasn't meant as the way you comprehended it.

Are they still requiring company drivers to team? Do they still hire people with older felonies? If you check "yes" to both of those, you get a guy with a felony, who can't get a job anywhere else but CRE, but doesn't want to team... so he leases.

They have been allowing company solos for quite some time. I don't know how long, but I know its been within the last 5 or 6 months. But even when they weren't allowing otr company solos, you could still run solo as a company dedicated, regional or intermodal.

As far as felonies, I don't know what they draw the line at.

Regardless of how you feel about that, at least England will give you a lot more of chance than other companies, again, depending on what kind of felony you have. Just like how some companies won't even give you the time of the day unless you have a minimum of x amount of years experience. I'm sure some of the drivers they've hired are ones that they regret but not all of them have been bad apples once the book was read from cover to cover rather than just judging by the front one.

That really depends on how business-minded you are and if your goin solo. They're are solos that make it but if you want to make a descent paycheck, you have to run your butt off.

My personal opinion, I would company drive for a while to get the feel of things and the feel for the company before leasing.
