Well I almost made it to the top of the Grapevine here on I-5. I stopped by the FJ at 205 to let my check engine light go out. Musta been the oil temp.

I went from a prostar w/Cummins to a new one with the Maxforce what a POS! I was kinda glad I hit a deer with on the 3rd night out with and got my old truck back. The Cummins in this pulls A LOT better!

This Cummins had to have the turbo mounting gasket replaced in it and I still think it's not totally fixed.

Poly is out of Dallas. Dry van. Red tractors with plain white trailers (no name or logos).

Was gettin' ready to get pretty angry....got a message over the QC asking when I'm trying to get home.

"Tomorrow, as I've been requesting for the last two weeks!".

Only then do I find out that I have a new AM. I'm guessing my first one was simply in over her head. So I replied with a "sorry to be snarky" message, adding a thanks for her efforts and wishing her luck. I think she's already an AM...she told me she just got an additional 22 drivers.

And yes....I was all but gone the end of this month, but I'll give the new AM a shot. I've got a medical issue to address any way. Was going to put it off, but better not (nothing serious...more of a bother and a PITA).

I've been conversing with mine over the QC, and she sounds like she's on the ball. What's more, she's done this before, unlike my previous AM. I don't totally fault her....that's a tough job that I surely would not want!

That way is 875 miles pulling the hills with 45,000 pound of paper. and the gorge.
Running highway 100 to 75 is under 850 miles and a lot better roads.

Sometimes google maps ain't the best way, unless you're in a car
