    I need too have atleast 500 mile trips so I can make money out here
    I understand crete makes alot more money on shorter runs but it doesnt benefit me

    my truck has been broken down the last 4 days had no lights on the truck and no heat in the truck
    waiting at home till my truck is fixed

    You're not going to average 2,500 if you take hometime , Looks like our sister company Poly, has more equipment problems than us.


    Now I get to grab a reset and hang out with the Quakers.
    It's warm up here, in the 60's.

    they were cleaning up the carnage on I-80 this morning, hard to believe there were snow related wrecks already

    I saw quite a few last week on I-44 in MO and OK and more on I-40 in OK. Guess we are gearing up for a prolific wreck season.

    yeah but aren't you getting .44 CPM or around that?

    You want long runs somewhere else you'll be working for less CPM.. as simple as that

    So I got a call today from one of your recruiters telling me about the raise your getting. She left it on my voicemail. I didn't call her back yet so I'm not sure how much.

    I got a Q/C message today, being a Shaffer driver, it said Shaffer Trucking is raising its pay $0.04 per practical mile. It gave no effective date but also said they are going to be giving guaranteed detention pay and have a company driver pet policy, but again did not expound on what the policy is.
