You have been absent and quiet lately.
I used too look forward to reading your opinion.

 

One night, me and 2 other guys tried to chew the nose off a 8 foot wooden statue of some saint.
My idea.
And like a Miracle, it was fixed by the next weekend.

 

I've been insanely busy. I've been running a ton of miles and it's usually run and sleep and shower. Sometimes sleep in the shower, lol. Load I'm on now is better than 3200 miles and extra stops lol. I'll be back to my old ways soon!

Here it is. Learn how to work kid. NYC ain't nothing but a thing. If you'll go to Chicago, why not NYC? Especially when most companies pay extra to go in? Sheesh it isn't bad. Wanna be productive? Don't turn anything down and roll. I'm accused of bring a "favorite" over here. You betta believe I wear that like a badge. I got this truck at the end of June and I've already got 29,000 miles on it. That's the way it's done. 700+ miles a day fueled by Diet Coke, Marlboro Lights and the soundtrack is by Rush. Since 2007, except my little Gordob mistake. Now if you'll excuse me I'm toting my happy ### to San Diego and then up the 5 to San Fran and Sacramento. 723 miles Friday. 718 yesterday and today will be around 730. That's how it's done.

Here's the thing... even minus the difficult roads and low bridges going into NYC/Long Island etc it's not productive.
What do they give you an extra $100 going in?
When you factor in all the time/hours lost sitting in traffic you probably make less money overall dealing with the crap when you're paid by the mile.
It's not worth it.

Run your miles. But enjoy yourself too.
