I dropped my load at 7;30 this morning and was informed, that since I went by home 2 weeks ago ( I needed a couple of hours, but beings it had a live unload, I stayed 43 hours)
That I would have to leave back out on the 6th, since today counts as a home day.
So instead of 4 days off, I have to use my vacation and I can stay home until the 14th.
Edit, so from January 21st to March 4th, with the swing by home, I only get 1 full day off.
    Women,,,,,,

But I did have this waiting for me, and I'll be home when they pour the floor later next week.

Better to build first ...then pour slab inside of it...if you pour slab first ..and it isn't square and perfect..building harder to put up

So, I have determined that my range selector leaks air in high range...

I would like to strangle the Freightliner engineer who A) thought the low air alarm should still sound when both brakes are popped, and/or B) decided not to have the opt-idle engine mode triggered by air pressure falling under 70 (so as to prevent A from happening)

In the International, there was a fuse (or breaker actually, cause that truck didn't have fuses) that silenced the audible alarms, wonder if there's such a fuse in this truck. I think it was marked "instrument cluster 2" or some such in the 13 letter #### spreader, can't remember...

Ran into this problem at the beginning of this winter too. Not only is the alarm EXTREMELY annoying (I guess that's the point of it) but it kicks a check engine code which prevents the truck from starting in Opti Idle. And when the truck doesn't start up automatically like it's supposed to at a certain low voltage level it means the truck eventually just doesn't start at all. On the bright side of things once I got the truck in the shop in Columbus they had to put me in the hotel instead of making me sleep in the truck.

Only one more day off, where did the time go?
I got stuck again today, in my pickup, in my driveway, I barely got to the edge and the mud grabbed me.
In less than 15 minutes, a young passerby, turned around and unasked, backed up to me with his 4 wheel drive and pulled me out. (And I was way away from the highway)
I did download the Transflo app to send in my last load this week
It's time for the Peach Schnapps and the Dos Esquies, (Amber)

    PhillipFlanders Thanks this.
