Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

They are cracking down on changing the solution, but they will if there is a good reason. I have gotten a few changed since the crackdown, but it is not as easy as it had been.

 

Don't know if it's prettier or not, but it would probably still be faster time-wise. I'll end up going Interstate most if not all the way.

 

Regarding the solutions, I'd be getting drivers together to bombard Lincoln with calls raising six kinds of hell to Sunday about that crackdown. Sounds like they're trying to force routing without actually forcing routing, so they can say "noooooooooo, we're not doing that!"

Again, so glad I left...

 

Yet a co will route the much longer way with tolls in all but yet complain about "are cost are too high"..smh

2nd time this week I couldn't get 50 gallons in my tanks. Really bites when you pull in for fuel you don't need and the place. Is a cluster

 

If you don't need the fuel, don't stop. You don't get in trouble for skipping stops, just using unapproved ones. I skip a lot of stops.

 

I got a message from my terminal a while back about fuel compliance and not skipping stops. I try to follow the fuel solutions but every other mega seems to have the same ones. If I spend 30 minutes in line to pick up 50 gallons or less and doing it multiple times a week it's hard to see how that saves money.

 

If you calculate how many hours you burn up in a week waiting at those crowded fuel stops for 50 gallons, you might not like what the numbers show.

 

I just want Crete to calculate that times 5000.
