That's a good reason to find a company close to you. Here in Michigan, I could name the CEO as a defendant in small claims court, and he's not allowed to use a lawyer. Tack on a couple hundred for time and effort.

I can't stand the smarmy attitudes that most companies have. I like to drag litigation out as much as I can, just for spite.

Does it run 65 with the foot on the floor or do you have to peck on the accel button?

Would that be gourmet ketchup from the 5-star Pilot weenies that thoughtful professional driver is lusciously caressing all over that cruise control?

It's kinda weird. It'll only let you get to 62 on the pedal until you turn on the cruise BUT if you turn on the cruise at 60mph for example it'll now let you get all the way to 65 on the pedal. Go figure. It'll take some getting used to but it works.

Been fueling a lot at the Loves and TA's lately
The TA just changed their free shower program.
60 gallons for a free shower
120 gallons and they give us 2 shower credits, but the second one doesn't appear until 24 hours after we fueled.

TA gave me a credit, I put in 53 gallons.
And I'm taking a reset at a TA, so at least I can shower tommorow

    I don't blame you.

I've been parking my car at a Flying J for five years and living in the truck. A new manager comes in and saw cars parked in the lot over Christmas and had them towed, assuming they were abandoned. Had to eat a $1,100 tow/storage bill. Thankful I keep an emergency fund but suing them in small claims. Law is completely on my side as they have no "No Parking" signs and I can point to archived Google maps pictures showing my car there. They have the right to tow but since I've been parking there so long they have to give notice.

The thing that pisses me off is the attitude their lawyers had when I called. Just complete ########. They do outrageous stuff and then come back with "well, what are *you* gonna do about it."

Checked into Bozzuto's Chesire CT at 02:30 for a 03:00 appointment. Got called in for my bills at 09:30 and found they'd rejected a pallet of dog food they said they hadn't ordered. Ended up taking it to an animal shelter where the nice lady running it helped me unload. Glad to be done with this load.

I can name two. It helps bypass NYC, and it's on the way to NH.
