Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

They tell me they want 80 percent away from home and I'm down around 72 percent and I need to bring that up,

They called me and told me a driver from White Plains had an emergency and needed home,
So I tcalled my load at New Kingston at 10:00 this morning , it delivers at 7:00 Thursday morning around Newark to a Hobby Lobby store, it's a floor load, no pallets, just a million boxes.

It's always been like that I'm heading back out with a trainer when I drove for crete 2 years ago it was only 4 days max I always took 5 lol my asset manager and donna would get mad at me I didn't care though I was out 6 weeks so I took 5 days

 

@tucker you going to leave crete I'm going to be just getting back lol I don't know how long I'm going to be around though I've heard everything has changed miles wise

 

Not sure about everyone, but my miles have never been better. I'm 7000 miles ahead of last year at the end of July, and I was over 124k last year.

Ok, Riddle me this.
I deadhead 71 miles, get loaded, drive 113 miles and tcall at Indy on a Friday.
Monday they have me bobtail to 113 miles back to Louisville to get an empty trailer.
And they put the miles to get the empty with the shag to keep from paying shag pay.

Don't they make enough on truck clean out fees to afford to pay me for the shag?
