N Platte and Mankato aren't too bad, but I still don't like doing them. I made pretty good money whenever I helped, it's just not the schedule I like to work

Are you in the WM account? I am interested in it and heard it's not that great... can you share some of your experience?

I heard a little about the WM loads... does Crete use drivers from various accounts to pull WM loads?
Are the WM loads really a pain? What can you tell me about those?

I once was in WM account in another company... I really liked it... All I had to do was to get an empty in a WM DC and get loaded at the shipper and then do a drop and hook at another WM DC...
The only thing I hated was when my company asked me to check in with WM private fleet dispatchers... and I had to deliver loads at WM stores... there were multiple stops, I had to call WM dispatchers every time I arrived and left a store and give them my hrs from my 70, 14 and 11 and they would use all my hrs... and some times all the docks at the stores were full and I had to pull trailer out of the dock in order to put my trailer there and then put their trailer back on the dock... all for free... no extra pay... :angry4:
How does the WM account at Crete operate?

The person who told me, used to drive for Crete about 3 yrs ago and sometimes he had to "volunteer" to help at a WM DC... said it was a pain.... all that paperwork...

When I was in a WM dedicated account but in another company, never had to pull stickers out of pallets and put them on paperwork...

80% of loads are drop and hook.
How easy, or difficult is for you Crete drivers to find trailers (empty and loaded)?
Are most of the trailers in good working condition when you hook to them?
