Thank you great info! Does Crete use drivers of any account, let's say, southeast account to go to WY or those other places and pull WM loads? Or do they use only drivers in the national 48 states account to pull those?

I was considering choosing the WM dedicated account but as I see, that's not what I want... And if I join the southeast regional, I don't want to go to WY or NE or MN...

I have done all 48 states for 11 and half years... and now I want to drive only in the south and southeast.
What account should I pick at Crete?
I don't want reefer either... Do they give reefer trailers to dry van drivers from time to time? :biggrin_1square1:

If you're in a division not adjoining Wyoming WM DC, you're not going to be asked to volunteer. However, if there is a WM DC in your region/ division, you are eligible to volunteer.

No. Van drivers pull only van. There are exceptions, like moving an MT reefer (usually maintenance move), and I've moved one in the last three years.

    SE division -- very busy.

Ok... so... if I am in the southeast regional, does Crete work with WM DCs in that region? Let's say, SC, NC, GA, etc, etc?

Idk about the dedicated and regional fleets. We have dedicated Walmart so it's not a normal thing to get asked to help. I've been asked once in the 5years I've been with them. Southeast regional might be reefer AND dry van, not sure. There are dedicated customers in the southeast that are dry van. Kellogs and gp I think, maybe a couple others depending on where you live. If you go to the Crete website and choose company driver and your state it'll show what jobs are available.

Only one that might be is Paul's valley. We haul to other DCs in the southeast but not to the stores

Each time Crete uses a driver from another division to pull WM loads, how long does that last? One day? One week? More weeks?
