Brings back memories of my step grandfather’s funeral. He was a Master Mason at the time of his passing. It addition to the traditional funeral service there was a Masonic ceremony prior to the main funeral service starting where they asked,and I quote:
“Brothers,are there any resolutions?”

You're description does not sound like the same Crete I work for.
I've been here almost 12 years, breakdown pay is never an issue, detention pay is easy as well, in 12 years have been called on hometime a total of 2 times. And I don't think my asset managers have ever lied to me either. I have had a pretty good relationship with the ones I've had.
I know everyone's experience may vary, but all i can say is that i haven't had any of the experiences listed. I just do my job, i don't call my asset manager or terminal manager, and they rarely call me. Doubt if I've talked to Derek more than a dozen times in my time here.
