Pretty sad week 42 with that lost day near Chicago. This week has been much better although I am now stuck in California hopefully awaiting some sort of load for tomorrow. The trip out here was beautiful so well worth the little less than normal miles for the week. If you are stuck in the TA at Sparks, NV the Western Casino next door has a pretty #### good Mexican restaurant.

Very cool to hear Crete has customers in California. What kind of business did you deliver to in San Jose? Thanks

Kelloggs. Picking up at some container place tomorrow going to Denver so sitting here for a 34 hr reset. Taking the southern route through Vegas so I can drop by my apartment there tomorrow and take care of some stuff.

I guess the terminal got my work request info stuff from Poly today as I got a call from my TM. Got an unexpected surprise today as I actually got a preplan already that picks up from where I am delivering and heads to Cincinnati for another nice run. Would be nice if that became the norm.

Thanks for the rundown of your experience, Majestyk.........I've read every page (kinda skipped over the random ranting......but nonetheless).
Crete still looks like a good option for me.
Hope you are well, and do well.
    Peace

I love reading these summaries too! You are providing such valuable information for us. I am amazed how you consistently get good miles plus plenty of home time. You definitely have a successful system down.

Thanks guys. Good run today with nearly 600 miles down. Sitting in Colby, Kansas tonight. Going to try and get my A service knocked out tomorrow at the KC terminal as I am about 4K miles over the limit:)

Well I am becoming a master of the split sleeper over the last couple of days. Waited 8.5 hours for an A service in KC yesterday which ruined my plans so I had to roll all night after being up all day to get the load to the customer on time. I helped get the load off with just enough time to make it to a truckstop. Got another load heading back west to Denver that picks up later tonight so going to have to keep split berthing it to get back on my day schedule with plenty of time to get there. Things looking up although I am one tired puppy right now.

I've also been running pretty well of late...3250 miles in just over 7 days, though it'll be split because of the pay week ending on Friday (I came off TAH on Thursday). Have also been pre-planned most of the time recently.
