Yes, but the drivers post they cover it during breaks/layovers. Some Crete drivers posted they're gradually getting them; seems they're using the "boiled frog" analogy.

See you guys there - I'll fire up a new thread when I get over there. -
@tucker you have a newbie heading your way
Wookie Dude and tucker Thank this. -
Not exactly a newbie.
-
Well new to the company lol...all the best
-
Maybe he could work at Magnum?
-
He's starting at Crete so of course I thought of you

But the more drivers we hire, the less freight for me. And I already have a lot of free time.
RedRover, 6daysontheroad and iraqralph43 Thank this. -
Eh, a lot of these companies were discrediting my local experience so they fell by the wayside.
Also, Crete doesn't have a lease purchase program which is a major plus in my book. Read my experience with KLLM if you like. It wasn't pretty.
It may not be a perfect company, but since I'm throwing everything I own into a $75/month storage unit it's not that big of a deal -
Every KLLM lease driver I see is doing 70 mph, regardless of the speed limit....
