Crete/Shaffer‼️

I’m new to the industry and have to “earn my stripes”. I’m really happy with the offer from Shaffer as it’s better than Schneider, Werner and some of the others.

Few years ago....Crete wouldn't pay a referal bonus...if new hire..came straight out of school...this was after a driver named Cornelius...was going everywhere to trucking schools and recruiting.

 

I simply gave you the code for the drug testing regulation. I didn’t write it nor had anything to do with the rule making decisions on it.

 

I held on to XSPA too long the other day and lost some money.

 

And where is the part about hair follicle testing?

 

As long as it meets those testing standards it is up to whoever is administering the test to decide what method is used.
Not disagreeing, I agree pot should be legal like alcohol but that’s the rule.

 

Just to clarify; Crete does the Sleep Apnea testing and definitely still swear by the hair follicle. I understand their insurance company has everything to do with this type of testing. Crete is privately owned and family operated and follow the beat of their own drum, so to speak. Take it or leave it is kind of their philosophy from what I see. Pay is above average (not exceptional) and understand they run about 93% staffed on drivers.
