    You'd think so but that's not the case. Even with a pardon granted, the fbi -with the applicants consent- will find the sealed record. The best thing to do is to get a pardon and never apply for a fast card.

    My trainer at challenger had some charges related to cheque cashing fraud and credit card fraud, never gets sent for inspection. I probably had more inspections than he has in 34 years of cross border.
