i was getting on my vacation time so had to park my truck at a terminal, my company provided a rental car, i was heading home on the highway and a trooper pulled my over in my rental car in kingman arizona, saying i was going 91 mph, he told he can arrest me, but i told him gonna fight this ticket didn't go that fast anyways i had to hire an attorney he came up with a plead deal pay $400.00 plus driving school online, the attorney got the ticket down to civil and got it dismissed after traffic school, now my question is do i have to report this to my company and also does this go on any of my cdl record, i asked my attorney he doesn't know this info lol don't ever go fast in arizona

Only report what's on your driving record. Nothing more.

I wouldn't because if you do, you'll be fired.

So how fast were you going? If you gonna drive fast invest in a quality radar detector.

You are required to report all traffic convictions. This sounds like it was essentially changed to a non-conviction. If that is correct, you do not have to report it.

Doesn't it read traffic violations that you were convicted for? If it was reduced to non-moving violation no. Make sure you keep all court records handy.

The best thing to do is go the DMV and get a copy of your driving record and see if it is there or not. That will tell you what you need to do.
