crooked corupt company S&l cartage at 11633 so mayfield ave in alsip ill.

This is a very bad company to work for ..l worked for sl cartage going on 10 years since of feb 23rd of 2018..on that particular day l had an injury on the job at a work site.making a delivery. .since then ,few days later l filed for workerman comp. I hired a attorney. And after this the owner was trying to hold my last paycheck, at my last visit there at his office he made it very cleared to me that if l proceed with a attorney and continue with this work comp claim that dont even think you'll be able to come and work for me again..we had a discussion and l was going to continue my case, later he gave me my check before l left..well everything went wrong after..the owner and his brother Sanel and the manager Admir decided to plan a scam of fraud to cheat me and the workerman comp insurance. They falsely made up a document reading that l had my own truck,and my own insurance also everything they put on this document especially signed my signature. They then send this to there insurance provider Zurich. They committed insurance fraud .and federal offence for falsely provided this form to there insurance provider. Because not only did they lied but also reclassified me from the 10 years of being a company driver employee of this company, they claim false information stating l was not an employee of the company but a independent contractor. .l was being dispatch and control by the company, drove there equipment and operated from there premises each morning and return at each end day of time.all services and fuel and tolls including fuel was paid by the company. I was even a new driver trainer. .was getting paid for that..l was on a weekend pay check taking taxes out my check .also getting bonuses and vacation checks.l always had a clean mvr record no accidents nor tickets .and yet they treated me like garbage. Just because l had a job injury and claimed workercomp...they are very wrong ,for not only cheating me from what l am entitled to collect for ttd checks,but also for medical visits and so on..l was refuse by there insurance because the false document they got from sl cartage. .since of February 23rd of 2018 l am still fighting this case...l am even thinking about going to the FBI office on Roosevelt rd.in chicago. .to have this company go under investigation including doctors and Lawyers as well .there is too much corruption going on with companies with proving false disqualification on there drivers just because they choose to not to pay there share in insurance premiums and there workers what they deserve, instead they choose to be crooked. ..but at the end the truth will be revealed and all those people who participated in this false scenario will be prosecuted. ..

 

Yes thank you. And yes it is true l wish they would of been different at least l taught they were ..and l always respect them as my own little family. .but they turn around and treated me this way..but one day for everything they done ,to me and who knows if there is others but they will pay for it....

At sl cartage they were paying us on w2 but a certain year for a few months they started paying us on 1099.l quess they were starting to rob us then to save money when the owner purchase the new 2016 international prostar trucks .he bought several at the same time..until we started going back to w2..they are crooked..
