The FBI releases all of your arrest records to Canada. Every arrest even if the DA desided not to prosecute. I am inclined to believe if your record is not crystal clear you would be turned back as I was. I explained that those arrests had no merit to the Canadian customs. If charges are just dropped there is no disposition so they are in question. They instructed me to contact the Canadian Consulate in LA to see what needs to be done. I have not bothered. I do not care to enter Canada and go through all the BS for an extra 40 paid miles. Since then I have not drank a Molsen, Moosehead or Yukon Jack niether has the rest of my family. Their loss.

My Hard time before I knew better was to get another truck and a forklift and transfer part of the load to get down to 20,000 lbs on the spread they didn't fine me but they could have and it was a real pain in the butt. I hate a spread anyway so I got rid of mine in favor of a Tridem Stepdeck although it is not california legal but who wants to run there.

At first I thought you meant you were getting a hard time for the simple fact that you were pulling a 10 1 spread, when in fact it was overweight being the problem. Thanks for clearing that up.

Yeah I realized that my post was a little misleading I appologize about that but they have changed up a little when my dad first started going to alberta he went with a spread and they told him one time get unloaded and get right back out but don't bring it back up here again and he wasn't even overweight on it.
