You guys gotta check this place out, a little bit of a dive but really good vittles at really reasonable prices. It's at the little Shell truck stop just south of the Petro and it has nice paved parking out back maybe 25 spaces but the Cafe is a real find. Try the bone in ham steak breakfast and you'll be pleasantly surprised, omelettes are 6 egg and done to perfection, Cod filet dinner is another good one with the best tartar sauce this side of the Mason Dixson. Enjoy!

Ahh... that's BASIC tartar sauce. Mayo or Miracle Whip? Add sugar or no? Little minced carrots like Red Lobster? Add lemon juice or a touch of lime? How about pepper? Touch of Tabasco?

Guess I've been watching too much Emeril again... LOL!

after 30 years commercial fishing for codfish in Gloucester Mass I might know what tartar sauce is
family has lived there since 1650
even the new bedford born Emeril would tell you anything else added is just nouveau
