Exactly how fast would anyone here be on phone with another recruiter?

me...nah. I think it's the straw that pushes me independent.
The first straw was when they paid me $800 to DH from stockton to ontario to PU a nice $7400 run to Terre Haut...and then told me I could'nt have it- drop in yard! schwatttt???

Straw 2 was when we received over the qualcomm suggestions to look at load boards for freight. OK, no problem. But then they admonish me for trying to contact our Customer Service Agents to find what the "matrix Price" is for that freight lane. Bottom line is, unless it means this "matrix hurdle" then no FSC can be taken out. Again, that's not necessarily a deal killer. I even found a nice load on the board's (my first experience_ITS) and chrw offered # $2.20/mile for 1000 miles.
It took three hours of waiting for response from the C/S people to get the pricing. result----Load gone.
