Probably cost you much more fighting the milage pay deception than it's worth.
Are you running teams or solo?
I'd apply with other companies and see what happens. Some companies won't hire you due to the contract, but more will.

Here's what I would do; submit some online applications for a new job. That's what I did years ago with those little post card apps at truck stops and landed a job hauling boats running 48 states.
Question: "Why are you leaving your present company?"
Answer: " Not making enough money to take care of my family."
Question: "What is your plan for the debt to CRST?
Answer: "I'll take care of it later, after I take care of my family."
You probably won't be asked about the cdl school debt, because most other companies couldn't care less about that and couldn't care less about what CRST has to say about it.
Do some online apps and if another company offers you a job, take it.

Schuster - nations largest ice cream hauler; Blue Bunny Ice Cream.

I Don't Know About CRST But People Leave CR England all the Time, the problem is these companies don't want to pay nothing and expect you too stay, I know a guy that just recently left them and went straight too Knight after 4months CR England was paying him .14cent a mile with a driver Knight is now paying him .40cent a mile big difference I think any Contract with companies can be Breached with the exception that you pay the money back for not completing the contract, some companies may put that you left on DAC
