CRST and the LIES and "pay"

Actually I'm currently running with crst and found out they have breached there contract without hiring a lawyer. It's quite simple really right now I'm making 23 cents a mile as stated in the hand book I should be making 26 after 3 months. The contract we signed states and I quote "#COMPENSATION. #As compensation for the services to be rendered by Employee under this Contract, CRST will pay Employee the wages, benefits and other compensation set forth in the Handbook." Boom breach of contract.

 

The training center is a mess because it says on the signs that it is cleaned by the students. Grown adults who can't pick up after themselves. They do have people that come in and clean the floors trash and restrooms. However if the students trash it other than that blame them. Sounds like the Atlanta thing was poor trip planning because the eta for the other team should have been asked. Sometimes the directions are to the front of the building or the office part and you obviously don't need that. Google Earth and calling the place should be part of your trip planning. I heard Kirkwood sucks but those that pass their permit tests don't have to go there. They go straight to NADTA which in my opinion a better school. Those that don't pass right off the bat go to Kirkwood or Hawkeye. I have never seen a stu dent lied to about their pay, or at least they never came to me as their lead saying so. Sounds like you had some decent runs so you should have at least a check coming to you. Always keep emergency food and drink supplies on you. Good luck. I already have my CDL would they charge me for anything cause the recruiter i spoke to: Kent Walker' said i wouldn't have to pay for anything an its all paid for i leave from WI to IA 12/17/2017

 

wellllllllll........if the recruiter said so, it MUST be true.......don't bother reading all the rest of the horror stories about CRST, it's all lies by disgruntled, fired, ex-drivers.

 

Are you a refresher? If so, CRST pays everything upfront and charge it back through payroll deduction.

 

it depends i know of 1 driver with no experience that i had as a codriver that didn't need to sign a contract and know of 2 that had some experience that had to sign a contract

Aren't you the one that had their folks pay off crst so you could get on somewhere else?
