i know i said i had 7 week 6 days left but hum
i may have to leave early this sound goood
im to far on my bill to say no -
Congrats on the offer. I'm not even a noob yet, so it's pretentious for me to offer advice. I will say that from what I've read, they can and will ding your DAC pretty badly even if you leave on good terms. There are a number of experienced people that frequent this forum that can and will give you the skinny on how to CYA, but I doubt the "Report A Bad Trucking Company Here" is the best topic to request that info.

There may be a more appropriate topic but the one above should be a good start. Good luck! -

Good luck Bull
Hope things do work out for you and the same for South....... -
CRYCRY I CANT LEAVE THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO BAD THINGS TO ME
my dac oh no i have to stay so il be a trainer until i can leave oh on crycry this sucks -

Dude, just leave. If you already got the offer from the other company, they already ran your DAC so if you leave now, the new company isn't going to see it. I got my final "paystub" from CRST (No pay of course) and they said I was terminated on 04/24/08....I find this funny considering I was on the road with them on that day and spent the next two weeks playing the co-driver game. What a flippin' joke of an outfit they are.....they also said I owe them $4517.00....hahaha, good luck getting that.
-
$4517.00 thats cause u left before the $517.00 was deducted
i know south but that $4000.00 keeps playing on me plus they said they
would do all kinds of stuff to me it got worse this time i talk to them
i know i let u guys down but i just got few more months to go before the
contract is up. i think its just better to stay and finish the dam thing out and be done with it and dont have to think about the $4000.00 or them trying to mess with my license they are evillllllll mothers -
Yeah, I forgot you got your license down in Kentucky. I just had to think about how poor I was when I was working there and how nice my paycheck looked yesterday and last week, lol! Well, just hang in there, it will be over before you know it. One good thing is, once you have 6 months experience, you'll be more desireable to other companies. You'll also start at a higher rate of pay....so I guess if you can afford to stay, it's not bad.
Good luck my man, stay in touch.....If we ever get to Laredo at the same time maybe we can go across the border and have some Taco's and Tequila!
