I go to a private clinic and they seal the bottle in front of me, for this its your word agenst there's but i would defiantly talk to a lawyer, this is no laughing matter because they will destroy your job and future potential earnings. If your tests and there tests were quickly together, but either way you may be Sol.

 

wow hire a civil rights lawyer I'd fight this to the gill. I wouldn't let them get away with it at all. then iask for pain and suffering too.

 

One thing you did not address. After they took the sample and got it ready for shipping, did you initial the securing tape they placed on the bottle? Did you physically watch them secure the sample for shipping? When you submit a sample never let it leave your sight until it is sealed and placed in the shipping bag. Your career is on the line. Best bet now is to get a lawyer, he/she can best advise you as to what your legal rights are, and if you have a case.

 

did you sign the two samples he sent in.

 

If you have your own truck.........go get your own running rights. Pull brokered freight.

Unless you're prepared to hire a lawyer to deal with this...........you're done driving for a company for at least 3 yrs.
