Anyone remember that company called TVC or TVR. Ran red Kenworth T600s and reefer trailers. Got shut down for encouraging ghost team drivers or something like that.
CRST CSA score finally caught up with them??

Who hadn't had a ghost team driver at one time or another? I used to carry 2 logbooks and a Dallas Cowgirl hat on the day to make it look good.

joseph1135 Thanks this.

I am one of identical triplets. My mother had no imagination, so we all have the same name. We team drive so we never run out of hours.
joseph1135, FatDaddy and Skydivedavec Thank this. -

It was ETV. Yep logbook audits killed them off.
G.E. Capital got left holding the bag on that money deal. -
Went trailer shopping today at a small business with maybe 35 trailers on the premises (only 10 of which were for sale). In the repair section I noticed 3 CRST trailers conspicuously blocked in by a vanilla trailer. When asked about it, the service writer grumbled that CRST sure needed those trailers fixed ASAP when they came in last month, but they haven't been in such a hurry to pay.

I saw one CRST today. First in a week. They're not going anywhere. They've hooked up with a few companies too.

I cant recall the last time I have seen a Cedar Rapid Slow Truck on the road recently. If they
are going out of business then good riddance.
That company was bad news when I first got
into this business back in 1995. With all the
fatalities they have been involved with over
the years maybe they finally got sued one to
many times and cant afford to stay in business
any longer. The truth will come out soon enough.Joetro Thanks this.
