Yes I have learned that about carlisle. Don't really want to go the whole way to IA unless I have to. I'll try the Rockport terminal. Getting tired of having a microwave on the truck and eating cold raviloi because the shop is too lazy, they call it busy, to install the #### power inverter. It wouldn't be an issue if I could get installed at any truck shop but when I'm told it has to be at a crst shop and the shop refuses to do it I get annoyed.
-
BTW, I'm not sure about your truck. But if you have a buzzing noice in your CB after it's hooked up, you may want to get you a "pure sine wave". Preferably the "Xantrex"....... They are pretty expencive. But they are well worth the money. I'm stuck with using a cheap "cobra" inverter in my truck now, and can't hardly use my CB without turning off my inverter. LOL< My microwave actually spins in the right direction with the Xantrex. -
gravdigr, Delete you PM's bro. You've exceeded your limits.

Thanks, Yeah I have installed high end car stereo equipment before. A 1,500w inverter would be good with 4gauge wire and a 40-50a breaker, but CRST requires all inverter installations in L/P trucks be done at their shop. I have a Xantrex on my wish list but at $800+ it's in line behind a better seat (this one is killing my back). Pure sine wave is nice and some printers don't like the modified sine wave. I also like the battery charging option so in winter when I go home and plug my block heater in I can also run a cord and plug into the xantrex to keep my batteries fully charged (I do this at home anyway to plug my fridge in so it doesn't drain my batteries.
And I'll clear out that PM inbox -
I bill in tryssville o. The 27 for orentation. How many days can I expect . Do u see any freight on the load boards I. And out of arkansas
-
HUH??????????????????? -
Sorry my phone is what I sent that last post on and it predicts the text. I was asking gravdigr or anyone that can see malones load board is there much freight in and out of arkansas
-
Yeah there's freight out of AR. Keep in mind you do not have to haul CRST freight exclusively. Often times you are better off hitting a loadboard so I recommend getting a sub for ooida board, ITS, or one of the others.
