yea the contract sucks, although i found a way to break it legally (well kinda) gotta love the military. Like every company theres gonna be the unhappy drivers. And Road dust as far as being gone 3 months i wouldnt worry about that. Its 2 weeks for school 4 days for orientation and then 28 days on the road, once you reach day 28 and if your trainer thinks your ready talk to your dm about getting you home, take a week off and then go back out for your 3 weeks thats it.

True; but when almost every driver you come into contact with has nothing good to say about them in the last 30 years that I have been talking to drivers or been involved in trucking that speaks volume.

I have known drivers from there; same thing. I even met scarecrow from on here. He was leased on to them for awhile and he did not seem happy there. You get a handful of drivers complaining it is one thing. You hear almost nothing but bad about them then a little red flag goes up.

ccolvin, that is what I was originally told, but now they are saying no home time after the 28 days. Also, said 4 weeks with co-driver (instead of 3).

    ccolvin,

In between the 28 days and the 4 weeks, you go back to CR for the last 3 days of orientation instead of going home. The 1st day of orientation is the next day after completing the 2 week school. She said they just recently started doing it that way.

thats a big change, usually they send u to school, then a 4 day orientation, then your 28 days, then hometime, then you go out on the road for 3 weeks, i tried checking the website joincrst.com and it seems to be down
