having fun out here on the road got a cool trainer
-
do you think a trainer would care if i brought a 12v cooler along. Nothing bulky or in the way. I just cant eat much of the truck stop food while out on the road.

you do not have to pay for showers as long as you have those reward cards. When I was out with my trainer, he used his reward cards; when he would redeem his shower, he would get a team shower, so we both could take a shower.
You will just have to pay tolls for CRST, then you will get reimbursed.
Hope this answers your question -
hey frog. glad you are having fun. I really enjoyed my trainer. Im in CR waiting on my co-driver; he should be here by tomorrow morning.
have a good trip.free2frog Thanks this. -
I took the refresher back in September; it is no big deal. All you have to do is drive for about an hour to 1 !/2 per day. There is no backing. The only drawback, is that you have to be there by 6:00am. YOu will have three students and the Kirkwood College instructor. The good thing is, after you are done, usally by 10am, you are free for the rest of the day.
It was great for me; I got a horrible cold from that old bus ride. -
I would ask first because he/she may already have one. Good for you/ That is what I try to do eat fruit and more veggies. Watch out for TA's; a lot of them offer all you can eat menus. That is a big problem for people like me who love to eat. I got a reuben and then another one, but I wrapped it up and took it with me.
good luck with your training.

no you have to have your own phone. If you have Sprint, you can sign up for a 12% discount.

I went to Griffin Tech, which is located in Griffin, GA; it was a 10wk school. As I mentioned, if you have little to no experience, you will not be making much. Don't plan on purchasing a new car while you are here. Im enjoying my experience so far; I plan to hook up with an O/O, so I can learn the business and gain more experience. I will buy my own truck sometime in the first of '11.

I like your style. I just wanted to pose a question. If you have two years experience, why do you want to work for CRST? You can get with another company that is higher up the food chain
road dust Thanks this.
