Well I'll try looking them up and see if I can get a hold of them. But in the meantime, if there is anybody who actually knows my answer, this would be appreciated. I'll get back to this in a little bit and let this board know whether or not I could get a hold of anybody, and what answer (if any) they give me.

I didn't see anything of the sort on their site, but then again, I probably just don't know where to look. I do remember that C.R. England's policy, when I started with them was no more than 3 in 3 years, which I think, but am not sure, that at least at the time - in July 2008, was the federal standard/law as well...but again, I'm not sure about that.

    Thank you Redd!

Well I just got off the phone with them, and was absolutely amazed how quickly I was able to get a hold of safety, given how many tries it usually takes just to get through to my recruiter.

But anyway, I called them up, spoke to somebody from safety department. Just to play on the safe side, I blocked my number and called unanimously, so as not to trigger something with them, pertaining to me specifically. I told them I'm interested in attending their driving school, and was wondering what their policy is on how many traffic infractions they allow their drivers to have on record, and still remain employed with CRST.

What they told me is their policy is no more than 3 in 3 years, as I had a little inclination of...as well as also no more than 2 in the past 1 year. Which come to think of it, I believe that was also part of C.R. England's policy when I worked for them, that had since slipped my mind.

As far as I can tell, CSA2010 only applies to the operation of CMVs.

The federal law you are thinking of is 2 serious violations within 3 years. For speeding that is 15mph+ over. I don't know if that has changed with CSA2010.

CSA2010 is for all violations! It doesn't matter if your in a big truck, 4 wheeler, motorcycle, or a fricken wheel barrel! If you hold a CDL, all violations in all types of vehicles are counted!

Call them before you get bused to Cedar Rapids or whatever terminal they are sending you to. They do 90% of their background checking when you get to orientation. If you don't pass the qualifications they send you back home and you just wasted 5-6 days of you life as well as personal money to feed yourself ect.

Looks like you got the information from Safety but like I said, you're better off being upfront and saving yourself the stress, money and time.
