No problem dude. I always wished when I was training people would give me tips here and there so I'm just trying to pass it on as they say.

Can you give an outline of the first two weeks? i.e. start times, focus of the day, end time....

    Thanks!

Do you drive team or solo?

O/O I could not team drive, I love my solitude. Are you with CRST? I was considering leasing to Malone (That's what led me to the CRST section)

Mendo- your first two weeks of training at riverside will be training with a contract school called ASD. They will pick you up at the crst terminal each morning at 5:30 or 6am. (Can't remember) and they will shuttle you back around 3 in the afternoon. The first week at ASD is getting your permit, learning pretrip and doing drug test. The second week of ASD school is learning to drive the truck. You won't get a whole lot of driving practice so make the most of what practice you do get. On Friday of the second week at ASD you will have a final drive test with an instructor. If you pass, then you get moved onto orientation the following week at the CRST terminal.

If you make it to orientation you are still not an employee yet of CRST. On the Thursday of orientation week is when you will find out if you got hired.

    MendoKid Thanks this.
