CRST Yay or Nay

x2. When I started, I started at CRST. At that time, they worked for me, I had a great trainer (No OTR experience), had a good co-driver for the first year or so, and then they suckered me into training, which even though I had driven as a stick hauler locally, at that point, I wasn't really ready for. I did make very good money with them, and they will run the wheels off of the truck. I went to another large training company after that, and well, I'm not going to mention any names, but I will say that the quality of drivers and training at CRST is definitely higher than the reefer company. Would I go back to them now? No. Absolutely not. Being that you have experience, I think looking elsewhere may be better for you, but who knows.

 

CRST wasn't bad to me either.

They are teams only so if you don't want to team, then nay.

The pay is low. You can probably do better.
