    With setting my own schedule that kinda sounds more like a gray area than a definitive clear line between contractor and employee.
    I can just as easy start purchasing fuel or conducting repairs or maintenance on my own and have it count as an investment in the company.

    You going to pay that fuel and maintenance out of your percentage? That would be one heck of an investment in the company.

    Yup. If I'm paying for those my share better by closer to 80%. Otherwise you're talking about paying somebody to work for them.
